bird sanctuary - my natural habitat
our safari guides at the chambal bird sanctuary were a bit annoyed by us i think as we had little to no interest in all their birds and bird knowledge. one afternoon, in lieu of looking and yet more birds, kirsten and i requested a “beer safari.” we got one of the guides to do some of the many birdcalls he’d been serenading us with although this video footage is dark. towards the end, i started shining a flashlight in dalveer’s eyes pretending like i was trying to photograph my beer on our very important beer safari but failing miserably as i had too little light.
